Lettings Fees
At Weldons Sales & Lettings, we offer transparent and competitive lettings fees tailored to meet the needs of landlords. Whether you are letting a property for the first time or are an experienced landlord, our flexible service levels ensure your property is managed professionally and efficiently.
Find Tenant Only
- Fee: One month’s rent + vat (minimum fee of £1000 + vat)
- Our Find Tenant Only service covers marketing your property, conducting viewings, comprehensive referencing, setting up the tenancy agreement, registering the deposit with a government approved scheme, right to rent checks, enhanced Identity checks, inventory & schedule of condition. You take over management of the property once the tenancy begins.
Rent Collection
- Fee: 14% of the monthly rent + VAT
- Our Rent Collection service includes everything in the Find Tenant Only package, plus rent collection and remittance, full tenant communication regarding rent, and handling arrears professionally on your behalf.
Fully Managed
- Fee: 16% of the monthly rent + VAT
- Our Fully Managed service provides complete peace of mind. In addition to rent collection, we handle day-to-day management, maintenance coordination, inspections, compliance with legislation, and end-of-tenancy procedures, ensuring your property is fully looked after.
